BOPET Film

BOPET film is an optically clear, one-sided corona treated polyester film. It has high clarity and gloss, excellent handling characteristics, and good dimensional stability. It is coated on one or both sides. The coatings serve to improve processing and slip. This coating also enhances the adhesion to other layers and printing inks.

It is made of a special BOPET masterbatch and is widely applied in label, printing, tape, and steel lamination. It is an environmental friendly material. This film enhances the value of the finished item through a super luster finish and high transparency.

Due to its dimensional and mechanical stability, this film is suitable for various printing applications.

It is widely used for food labels, battery labels, wine labels, outer box labels, barcodes, shampoo labels, and temporary labels for semi-finished products. It has good flatness, a smooth surface, good thermal ability, and electrical insulation. It is primarily used for coil and slot insulation of the motor. It is also utilized for the separator between the coils of the dry transformer.
